Orlando, FL – June 14, 2017 – Crestron, the global leader in enterprise AV control and automation technology, will showcase its new AMP-1200 (1x200W) and AMP-2100 (2x100W) modular utility amplifiers at InfoComm^™ 2017 in Orlando, FL, June 14 – 16, Booth 1900 and Audio Demo Room 225AB. Uniquely designed for incredibly easy installation, the AMP-1200 and AMP-2100 eliminate the need for rack shelves, terminating power connectors, and external power supplies. Energy Star certified, Crestron modular amplifiers intelligently power down when not in use and feature “fast on” power up, so not a single syllable of speech or program audio is clipped.
 
Easy installation
Installing the new Crestron modular amps is fast and easy. All of the required hardware comes in the box. Integrators don’t need to research, order, or keep track of separate rack ears, shelves, spacer kits, or any other extra installation hardware. The innovative slide-lock design provides secure, professional 1U mounting without a shelf for single-amp and gang configurations. Thanks to the internal power supply with IEC connector, there’s no need for awkward, unsecure external power supplies or terminating power cables in the field.
